Kill Dots Privacy Policy
How EasyDevApp collects, uses, and deletes information in the Kill Dots mobile app.
Last updated: August 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Kill Dots (“the App”), published by EasyDevApp, collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
If you choose to join the global leaderboard, we collect: (1) the display name you enter; (2) an anonymous device identifier stored on your device; (3) your cumulative score and highest level completed. Profile photos stay on your device and are not uploaded to the leaderboard. If you contact support, we may receive the message, attachments, and device details you choose to send.
How we use information
Leaderboard data is used only to display public rankings (Top 100) and your rank after completing a level. Support messages are used only to respond to your request. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Global leaderboard consent
Uploading your display name and scores to the global leaderboard is optional. The App asks for your consent before any upload. You can play and progress with scores kept only on your device. You can change this choice anytime in Settings → Leaderboard & Privacy.
Data storage and sharing
When you consent, leaderboard data is stored on our cloud database (Supabase) so other players can see the public Top 100 list. Without consent, progress remains on your device only.
Your choices
You may decline leaderboard sharing, change your display name, or turn sharing off later in Settings. Turning sharing off stops future uploads. Previously published leaderboard entries may remain until removed from the server.
How to request deletion of your Kill Dots data
EasyDevApp provides this page for the Kill Dots app so you can ask us to delete data we stored for you.
How to request deletion:
- Open Kill Dots → Settings → Report a Problem.
- Write that you want your Kill Dots data deleted, and include your in-app display name if you set one.
- Or email support@easydevapp.com with the subject “Kill Dots data deletion request.”
Data we delete when we can identify your records: display name, anonymous device id, leaderboard score, highest level, and support messages or photos you sent us.
Data we do not delete from our servers: progress and profile photos that stay only on your device. Uninstall Kill Dots to remove those local copies. We may keep a record of the request itself for up to 30 days, or longer if the law requires it.
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of a valid request. After that, your public Top 100 row is removed and is not kept for a further retention period except where legally required.
Children
Kill Dots does not knowingly collect personal information from children for advertising or tracking. Leaderboard participation requires a display name you choose; do not enter a real name if you prefer to stay anonymous.
